Exhibiting in Korea: Booth Preparation for Overseas Companies
Coordinate event information, booth drawings, equipment, graphics, approvals and handover with a Korean exhibition booth contractor.
01
Send an actionable brief
Share the exhibition, dates, venue and hall, booth number, dimensions, open sides, budget range and references. Include product sizes, weights and quantities, meeting capacity, storage, counters and furniture. Attach the latest exhibitor manual.
02
Approve scope and drawings
Review structure, layout, graphics, screens and furniture as separate decisions. Confirm design, fabrication, printing, transport, installation and dismantling inclusions. Agree currency, taxes, payment schedule and change conditions in the quotation and contract.
03
Deliver artwork and video
Supply brand originals and final copy and images for every panel. Assign translation responsibility. Confirm screen orientation, looping, audio and internet needs. Date and version the final approved files.
04
Coordinate organiser services
Order and pay for power, internet or water according to the organiser’s instructions and agreed scope. Coordinate equipment lists, connection positions and submission drawings with GROUP MCO. Confirm shipping and customs separately with the logistics provider.
05
Plan handover and communication
Confirm arrival, named contacts, communication language, equipment testing, change handling and items to collect after dismantling. Request English coordination when enquiring; on-site interpreting or attendance is confirmed against availability and agreed scope.
