Preparing Exhibition Booth Graphics: An Artwork Handoff Guide

Prepare logos, final copy, image originals, panel references and print approvals before exhibition graphics go into production.
01

Prepare usable brand assets

Supply vector logos and brand guidelines where available. Send original product photographs rather than compressed messenger images, and confirm image rights and permitted cropping.

02

Connect copy to each wall

Assign a reference such as A-01 to each panel. List its headline, body copy, language, image filename and priority. Include product names above screens, reception logos and QR destinations.

03

Confirm production dimensions

Approve walls, doors, shelves and screen positions before fixing visible graphic areas. Wall dimensions are not automatically the final print size. The production team defines trim, bleed, seams and substrate requirements.

04

Agree the design scope

GROUP MCO graphic work follows supplied copy, images and the agreed design scope. Copywriting, translation, licensed images or retouching should be identified separately. An external design agency must use the booth team’s final print specifications.

05

Approve one final version

Check spelling, model names, contact details, QR links and panel references. Share one dated final set. Changes after print approval may require reprinting and a revised schedule.
